Ingredients
  • 1 can 14 oz (398 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) lime juice
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl, combine 250 ml (1 cup) of diced tomatoes with 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of onion, 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of pepper, the cilantro and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Keep in the refrigerator.
