1 cup (250 ml) sparkling water

1/4 cup (60 ml) juniper syrup (see recipe)

1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice

1 small sprig rosemary

1 slice lime

Ice cubes

In a wine glass full of ice cubes, combine the sparkling water, the juniper syrup and the lime juice. Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary and a slice of lime.
