Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) dried black mission figs
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) oil-packed black olives, pitted
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • A hint of garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • In a food processor, pulse all the ingredients a few seconds at a time, until the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with bread, crackers or Savoury Parmesan Biscotti.
