Ingredients
  • 1 cup (250 ml) frozen fruit of your choice (strawberry, mango, raspberry, etc.) or 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey or sugar
  • Preparation
  • In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and drink through a straw.
