  • 3 cups (525 g) seedless grapes
  • 3/4 cup (160 g) sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • Preparation
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, bring all the ingredients to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes or until the grapes become translucent and the liquid is slightly syrupy.
  • Let cool completely. Serve with homemade Greek yogurt (see recipe). The grape spoon sweet will keep for 2 weeks in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
