Ingredients
  • 1/4 honeydew melon, peeled
  • 2 pink grapefruits
  • 2 white grapefruits
  • 4 oranges
  • Grated zest of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar (optional)
  • Mint leaves, for garnish
  • Preparation
  • With a vegetable peeler, make honeydew shavings. Cut in half, if necessary. Set aside.
  • Make grapefruit and the orange skinless segments. To do this, cut off both ends of the fruit. Place the fruit on a flat work surface. Cut the peel as close as possible to the flesh. You must not leave any pith. Then slide the knife between each membrane to remove the segments. Working over a bowl to catch all of the juice.
  • Place the citrus in a bowl. Add the melon, lime zest, and sugar. Toss gently. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
