  • 2 oz (55 g) white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) homemade or store-bought granola
  • 1/2 cup (8 g) toasted rice cereal (Rice Krispies) or puffed rice
  • 1/4 cup (35 g) roasted cashews, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) sweetened grated coconut, toasted
  • Preparation
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine the melted chocolate with the remaining ingredients until well coated. Spread on the prepared sheet and refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
