Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil Juice of 1 lemon 2 cloves garlic, minced Pinch crushed red pepper 2 tablespoons minced parsley 1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano (or 1/2 teaspoon dried) 3/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Step 1 In a lidded jar, combine the olive oil, 2 tablespoons of water, lemon juice, garlic, crushed red pepper, parsley, oregano and salt. Seal tight and shake well to combine. Heat 15 to 20 seconds in a microwave or 5 minutes atop a double boiler, then shake well again before using.
