Ingredients
  • 4 slices peeled, cored pineapple, about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) seedless red grapes, halved
  • 2 mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup
  • Preparation
  • Preheat the gas grill, setting the burners to high, or preheat a grill pan.
  • Brush the pineapple slices with the oil. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes per side. Let cool.
  • In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  • Place the pineapple slices on 4 plates. Spoon the fruit salad over the pineapple slices.
