Ingredients
  • 1 fillet 600 g salmon, skin removed
  • Juice of 1 or 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
  • Preparation
  • Cut the salmon fillet in half lengthwise then in half crosswise so as to make 4 steaks.
  • In a bowl, combine the lime juice and honey. Pour over the salmon and coat well.
  • Season with pepper and let marinate for 20 minutes.
