Ingredients
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh cilantro
  • Chili sauce (Tabasco-style), to taste
  • Preparation
  • Cut the avocado in half with a knife, open it, and remove the pit. With a spoon, remove the flesh from the skin and place in a bowl.
  • With a fork, crush the flesh of the avocado with the lime juice. This will prevent browning. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
