1 slice Honey-Spiced Ham (see recipe) with sauce, warm
1 slice country bread, toasted
1/2 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
1 hard or soft-boiled egg, peeled
1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley leaves
Preparation
Spread some honey-spiced sauce on the toast and cover with the slice of ham. Layer the cucumber slices over the ham.
Cut the egg in half and place on the cucumber. Top with the parsley and drizzle with olive oil. Season the egg with salt and pepper.
