Ingredients
  • 1 slice Honey-Spiced Ham (see recipe) with sauce, warm
  • 1 slice country bread, toasted
  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 hard or soft-boiled egg, peeled
  • 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • Preparation
  • Spread some honey-spiced sauce on the toast and cover with the slice of ham. Layer the cucumber slices over the ham.
  • Cut the egg in half and place on the cucumber. Top with the parsley and drizzle with olive oil. Season the egg with salt and pepper.
