Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) sugar
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (5 to 5 ml) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic powder
  • 6 tablespoons (90 ml) olive oil, depending on the size of the cauliflower
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • Preparation
  • With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 230 °C (450 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine the sugar, salt, spices, and oil. Coat the cauliflower florets. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked and golden brown.
