Preparation
In a dish, combine all the ingredients. Place the veal chops in a dish and thoroughly coat with the marinade. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.
Lower the burners to medium. Remove the veal chops from the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Grill until medium rare, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve with Carrot Papillotes.
