  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) parsley
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) table salt
  • Preparation
  • Wash and pat the herbs dry with paper towels.
  • In a food processor, finely chop the herbs with the salt.
  • Delicious with radish, fish or grilled meat.
