Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) bourbon
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Preparation
  • In a small pot, combine all of the ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring with a whisk. Add pepper to taste. Let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The honey bourbon sauce will keep for 10 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
