Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) orange juice
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl or a small food processor, mix all the ingredients until thoroughly combined. Tranfer to a ramekin and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with toast, croissant or Cranberry Scones (see recipe).
