2 red or yellow bell peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded and cut into small dice
1 tsp chopped capers
1 tsp (5 ml) white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) honey
Salt and pepper
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
Use as a garnish on Sesame wheat crackers (see recipe).
