2 tablespoons (30 ml) Irish cream liqueur (Baileys)

4 teaspoons (20 ml) coffee liqueur (Kahlua)

4 teaspoons (20 ml) orange liqueur (Grand Marnier)

1 1/2 cups (375 ml) strong coffee

2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Heat the liqueurs in a small saucepan. Pour the hot coffee into 2 heatproof glasses. Add a scoop of ice cream in each glass.

Remove the pan from the heat, flambé the liqueurs and pour over the ice cream immediately.
