Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) blanched almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sundried tomatoes (not in oil), finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) hot pepper flakes, or more to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for serving
  • Bread cubes, for serving
  • Preparation
  • With a mortar and pestle or in a small food processor, pulse almonds into small pieces.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place in a small bowl. Pour olive oil in another bowl. Serve with bread cubes to first soak in oil then press in dukkah.
  • Dukkah can be kept for 1 week in the refrigerator.
