1 ounce Goldwasser
3 ounces Riesling, preferably Hans Lang
4 ounces tonic water, preferably Fever Tree
Fresh ginger slice, for garnish
Lemon twist, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1 In a Collins glass, combine the Goldwasser and Riesling. Add ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with the ginger and lemon twist.
