Ingredients
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper
  • 20 large scallops
  • Raw sesame oil
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, honey, green onions, ginger and pepper. Add the scallops and marinate for at least 30 minutes, but no more than an hour.
  • Drain the scallops. In a skillet, sear the scallops on both sides in a little sesame oil. Season with salt.
  • In a saucepan, reduce the marinade by half. Pour over the scallops.
  • Serve with rice and vegetables.
