Ingredients
  • 2 thin ribbons Lebanese cucumber
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 2 orange slices, halved 
  • 3 leaves lemon balm or mint
  • 2 oz (60 ml) Pimm’s No. 1, cold (see note)
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) ginger ale, cold
  • Ice cubes
  • Preparation
  • Line the inside of a tall glass with the cucumber ribbons. Add the strawberries, orange slices and ice cubes alternately with the lemon balm leaves.
  • Add the Pimm’s and top up with the ginger ale.
