1/2 cup (125 ml) salted butter

Grated zest of 1/2 lemon

Grated zest of 1 lime

1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice

1 tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice

Place all the ingredients in a bowl or a small food processor and mix well. Tranfer to a ramekin and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Serve with corn on the cob or grilled fish.
