  • 3 cups (750 ml) plain 2% yogurt
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) maple syrup
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl, combine the yogurt and maple syrup. Set aside.
  • Line the inside of a strainer with three layers of cheesecloth or two layers of paper towels.
  • Pour the yogurt into the strainer. Cover and let drain in the refrigerator for 2 to 12 hours depending on the desired texture. Stir a few times.
