Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) stout
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) whole-grain mustard
  • Preparation
  • Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Slowly reduce until syrupy. Let cool partially and refrigerate until chilled.
