Ingredients
  • Celery salt, for garnish
  • 2 bottles 341 ml pale ale
  • 1 can 5.5 oz (156 ml) cold tomato juice
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) celery salt
  • Lime wedges
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Preparation
  • Put a little celery salt in a saucer.
  • Moisten the rim of each glass with a lime wedge and dip in the celery salt. Set aside.
  • In a pitcher, combine the remaining ingredients, except for the lime wedges and the ice. Season with pepper. Pour into the glasses and garnish with lime wedges. If desired, serve with ice.
