1/4 cup toasted sesame oil 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup lime juice 1/4 cup orange juice 1 teaspoon lime zest 1 teaspoon orange zest 2 tablespoons minced garlic 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger 1 serrano or jalapeno chile, seeded, cored and minced 1 3/4 pounds flank steak

Step 1 Mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, orange juice, lime zest, orange zest, garlic, ginger and minced chile to make a marinade. Put the flank steak in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the top. Close the bag and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
