Ingredients
  • 1 wedge lemon
  • Celery salt, to taste
  • Montreal steak spice mix, to taste
  • 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) vodka
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) store-bought prepared horseradish
  • Tabasco sauce, to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • Crushed ice
  • Clamato juice, to taste
  • 1 stalk celery
  • Preparation
  • Rub the rim of a large glass with lemon wedge. Combine celery salt and steak spices on a small plate. Dip the rim of the glass in spices.
  • Pour vodka at the bottom of the glass. Add horseradish with a few drops of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Squeeze lemon wedge. Fill the glass three-quarters full with ice. Top with Clamato juice. Stir well.
  • Garnish with a celery stalk and serve.
