Ingredients
  • ½ cup (125 ml) water
  • ½ cup (105 g) sugar
  • ¼ cup (10 g) fresh mint leaves
  • Preparation
  • In a small saucepan, bring the water, sugar and mint to a boil. Remove from the heat. Let cool completely.
  • Filter the mint syrup. Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
