Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb (250 g) fresh mozzarella cheese, drained and torn into pieces
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% heavy cream
  • Preparation
  • In a food processor, pulse the cheese until coarsely chopped. Add the cream and pulse until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Use on Focaccia with Fresh Herbs (see recipe) or enjoy as a spread on bruschetta, toast, pizza, etc.
