Preparation
In a food processor, pulse the cheese until coarsely chopped. Add the cream and pulse until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Use on Focaccia with Fresh Herbs (see recipe) or enjoy as a spread on bruschetta, toast, pizza, etc.
