Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) prepared mustard
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) whole-grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • Preparation
  • In a small pot, combine all of the ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring with a whisk. Add pepper to taste. Let simmer for 5 minutes. The mustard-based sauce will keep for 10 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
