Ingredients
2/3 cup whole almonds 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon light brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon cold butter, cut into 1/2 -inch cubes
Preparation

Step 1 In the bowl of a food processor, combine the almonds and flour and pulse until the almonds are coarsely chopped and combined with the flour. Add the brown and granulated sugars and cinnamon and pulse again until combined. Add the butter cubes and pulse again until the butter is broken up and the mixture is crumbly.
