Ingredients
    • 2 cups (500 ml) fresh strawberries, quartered or
    • 2 cups (500 ml) frozen strawberries, thawed
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl, with a potato masher, slightly mash the fruit. Add the sugar and lemon juice. Stir to blend and let stand 15 minutes.
  • Add the pectin and stir for 3 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Put the jam in jars and freeze.
  • The jam will keep for 1 year in the freezer or three weeks in the refrigerator.
