1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon (5 ml) sugar
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon (15 ml) water
2 tablespoons (30 ml) fish sauce (nuoc mam)
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the pepper, garlic, sugar, lime juice, water and fish sauce. This sauce can be kept in the refrigerator for more than a week.
