3/4 cup (180 ml) mayonnaise

Preparation
In a skillet, caramelize the onion in the oil for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Set aside in an airtight container. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Add the yogurt and mayonnaise and stir to combine. Adjust the seasoning. Refrigerate, if necessary.
Serve with raw vegetables or chips.
