2 sweet Italian or Toulouse sausages, cooked and sliced
4 large slices cheese, Gré des champs or Comté (about 200 g)

Preparation
With the rack in the highest position, preheat the oven’s broiler.
In a skillet, soften garlic in half the oil. Add spinach and cook, stirring, until just wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Press into a sieve to drain well.
Place bread slices on a baking sheet and brush with remaining oil. Turn slices of bread and spread with mascarpone. Layer with spinach mixture and sausages. Cover with cheese.
Broil for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread begins to toast.
