Ingredients
  • 5 oz (140 g) high-quality white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) finely chopped unsalted pistachios
  • Preparation
  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a double boiler, melt the chocolate.
  • Using the back of a spoon, form a disc 10 cm (4 inches) across with 10 ml (2 teaspoons) melted chocolate. Sprinkle with pistachios. Repeat for a total of 8 discs. Refrigerate until the chocolate has completely hardened, about 15 minutes. Carefully loosen the discs from the paper.
