Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) pear liqueur
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) cold sparkling cider
  • 1 store-bought pear-flavoured pâte de fruit
  • Preparation
  • Place a champagne flute in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • In the flute, combine the pear liqueur and the lemon juice. Top off the glass with the cold sparkling cider
  • Thread a cube of pear-flavoured pâte de fruit on a cocktail pick and set on the rim of the glass, if desired.
