Ingredients
  • 4 red plums, pitted and cut into 8 pieces each
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Preparation
  • In a saucepan, bring the plums, sugar and lemon juice to a boil, stirring frequently. Simmer for 2 or 3 minutes. Let cool and transfer to a sealable container. Seal and refrigerate until chilled.
