Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) fresh pomegranate seeds (1 small pomegranate)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) unsalted pistachios, toasted and coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh chives, chopped
  • Preparation
  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Use as a garnish on Rillettes, Puréed Squash with Parmesan Cheese, Lemon and Tarragon Smoked Salmon or Lime Nordic Shrimp Salad hors-d’oeuvres (see recipes).
