1 can (28 oz/796 ml) tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes in purée

1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp celery salt

Preparation
Preheat the pressure cooker on the Sauté function for 2 minutes. Brown the beef in 2 tbsp (30 ml) of the oil, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside in a bowl.
Brown the sausage meat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon and adding more oil as needed. Add the onions, carrots, celery and garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, oregano, celery salt, clove and ground beef. Mix well, then add the tomato paste without stirring. Cover and select the Meat function.
Let the pressure release and remove the lid. Adjust the seasoning and mix well to combine. Serve with your favourite pasta.
