Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) bacon, diced (approximately)
  • 8 cooked and warm new potatoes, halved (approximately)
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) chopped local cheeses of your choice (approximately)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation
  • With the rack in the middle position, preheat oven’s broiler.
  • In a large skillet, lightly brown the bacon.
  • Place the potatoes in a 20-cm (8-inch) baking dish. Top with the bacon and cheese.
  • Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese has lightly browned. Season with pepper and served with a green salad.
