Ingredients
  • 1 tomato, diced

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) small cauliflower florets
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt (2% MF)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
