Ingredients
1 ounce blue cane rum, preferably Rhum Clement Canne bleue
1 ounce white rum, preferably Rhum JM Blanc
1 ounce pink guava puree
½ ounce lime juice
1 ounce sparkling wine, such as Elbling
Lemon twist, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1 In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the rums, guava puree and lime juice. Shake vigorously and strain into a Champagne coupe. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with the lemon twist.
