Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 16 leaves fresh sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) icing sugar
  • Preparation
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the sage leaves until crisp, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Dust with icing sugar. Leave the oil in the skillet and set aside.
