6 various sausages, of your choice (Toulouse, Italian ...)
2 bell peppers (red and yellow), seeded and cut into large cubes
2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
Pepper
4 long wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes, or metal skewers
Preparation
Preheat the grill, setting the burners on high.
In a large saucepan, place the sausages in cold water. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool. Cut each sausage into three pieces.
Thread the sausages on the skewers alternating with the peppers. Brush with oil. Season with pepper. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning a few times.
