2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
1/2 cup (125 ml) chicken broth
4 cups (280 g) small broccoli florets
Preparation
In a large non-stick skillet over high heat, brown the bell peppers, onion, garlic and sausage pieces in the oil for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Add the broth and broccoli. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through and the broccoli is al dente.
