Ingredients
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 slices fresh ginger, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
  • 16 cups (4 litres) spinach (about 500 g / 1 lb)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
  • Preparation
  • In a large saucepan or wok, brown the garlic with the ginger in the oil. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Drain and place the spinach in a large bowl. Add the soy sauce.
  • Serve with Star Anise and Honey Glazed Chicken.
