Ingredients
  • 750 ml (3 cups) milk
  • 150 g (5 1/2 oz) white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 8 drops green liquid food colouring
  • 3 drops yellow liquid food colouring
  • Preparation
  • In a saucepan, bring 250 ml (1 cup) of the milk to a boil. Add the white chocolate and simmer over low heat until it is completely melted. Take off the heat, add the remaining milk and mix well. Pour the chocolate milk into a pitcher. Refrigerate for 6 hours for until completely chilled.
  • Pour the chilled milk through a sieve over a bowl. Add the food colouring and mix thoroughly. Pour the chocolate milk into a jug to serve.
